Brent Wills is a member of the Health Care, Taxation and Business Organizations and Transactions practice groups at Gilpin Givhan, PC. Brent advises and represents closely held and tax-exempt entities in structuring their organizations, mergers and acquisitions, tax and business succession planning, and various other matters. In the healthcare area, Brent also represents physicians, hospitals and other health care providers in regulatory and other operational matters, including Stark, fraud and abuse and EMTALA compliance. Brent is a member in the Alabama Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Montgomery Chapter of the MGMA and has delivered presentations on various healthcare related issues to the MGMA and other groups.
Outside the office, among other activities, Brent participates in the Health IT Finance Work Group of Envision2020 and EMERGE Montgomery, and he is a member of EMERGE’s 2010 Torchbearers Leadership Class.
